EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS PLAN

Being a plus size I understand the struggle we undergo before eating; "Is this food healthy?" "How much fats this must contain?"
I'm a kind of person who gain weight in a day(i know, sad story). I joined gym for some months but that didn't help me in weight loss, So, I consult a dietitian and end up with the same story (no progress in weight) because whatever diet plan they asked me to follow was tough like moving a rock for working ladies. So, i came up with my own version of diet plan; where you don't need to eat small portion 6 times a day or you need a vigorous workout etc. I can't guarantee that this diet can be effective for everyone but it has been helpful for me so, there is no harm in giving it a try.
Before the routine
Here, is the daily routine that i followed for a week and seen a visible result in my weighing scale.

After the routine

Firstly, the things I avoided in these whole weeks are dairy products, alcohols and refined oils.
And, adds some products like olive oils, oats, lots and lots of fruits etc.
At the morning, after I wake up I take a full glass of water and just perform 15 minutes of Pilates or yoga. After the workout out before leaving for office I always drink a cup of green tea (please don't take any flavored green tea) with 2 bananas or 2 eggs white boiled.
Eating bananas at the morning really helps you in reducing all that craving and makes you full till the lunch time.
At lunch, I take some cucumbers with salt & lemon squeezed on top of it with some green tea or black coffee (though sometimes I had cheated and ate unhealthy too).
In between whenever I feel hungry i used to eat an apple or some unhealthy foods; but here is the trick, I always consume a cup of green tea after that.
After reaching home, I usually take a cup of black coffee with some fruit salad and start my workout( my workout don't includes any squats, crunches or leg press) I just play on some musics and dance for 30 minutes.
At dinner, i prefer taking light foods, like oats with some apples or fruit salad without any dressing or some veggies fried in olive oil. I have always been an anti dinner person so this diet was helpful for me. 
And, 1 hour before going to bed drink a glass of apple cider vinegar detox (If you guys want the recipe please comment below).
Follow this routine for a week and you will see visible results. But remember, also drink lots and lots of water at morning, afternoon and evening at least 3-4 liters.

bye bye acne!! hello flawless skin!!!

ACNE!! a major problem which comes in the skin a stay forever leaving an ugly skin. i never used to get acne but since few months i was unable to get this acne out of my face and it was really disappointing because i tried everything possible to get a flawless skin again. the products i tried earlier were biotique for acne, body shop tea tree and lots of countless products. none of products were helpful to remove this stubborn acne of mine. then i saw online the products from soulflower with good reviews from some users. split up pair

I'm never so fond of shorts dresses. So i mostly prefer wearing outfits which are long or knee length. For a dress to flourish a good pair of shoes and sandal is must. I love pairing my outfit with some accessories if they are plain without any prints. In this outfit i have paired my black split dress with a black legging because the whole outfit turns black so i paired it with my red sandal. I styled the neckline of split dress by wearing the collar cuff to give it a new look.

Breakfast means break it fast

In my daily activity the one thing that never go missing is the breakfast. My breakfast usually consist of lots of proteins, some carbs and fats. This is the time of my day where I take fats mostly. Breakfast means you need to break it fast just after u woke up. I have my breakfast usually 15 minute after I get up from bed and before that I drink a glass of water always. I love eggs with cheese, tomatoes and lots of pepperoni on it. For my breakfast to end a coffee and eggs is must for me. Let me know ur favourite breakfast style???
